Our Standards

What Grade 1++(9) Means
The meaning of 1++(9) in the Korean beef grading system.
Standing at the very top of 8 grades —
the pinnacle of Hanwoo that nature allows.
There is no reason not to use Grade 1++(9) premium Hanwoo.

Why We Use Charcoal
It's not stubbornness.
There is an aroma that only rises from charcoal.
The smoke produced as wood combusts at high heat —
the moment it envelops and seeps into the surface of the meat.
Radiant heat that cooks evenly to the core.
A flavor you cannot create with gas or a closed grill.
That is why we use only charcoal.

Corkage-Free
If you have a fine bottle to bring
for a special occasion with good company, you are more than welcome.
We provide dedicated glassware. There is no corkage fee.
*Most wines and spirits are welcome (mass-produced soju/beer excluded).

We operate a private dining room (divisible) for 6 to 30 guests.
Away from other guests — entirely your own space,
where you can dine more comfortably
and intimately.

From the 2nd floor to the rooftop — parking for ~150 vehicles.
Easily accessible by elevator.
Even on a rainy day, not a single drop
